Structural Senior Project Manager (P.E.)

About the role

Join our structural engineering team to lead complex projects, mentor engineers, ensure design quality, and build client relationships while contributing to business growth.

Tasks

• Lead structural engineering projects from design through construction, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects and oversee construction document production.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure accuracy and code compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support engineers in technical and professional development.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Develop fee proposals, build client relationships, and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior / Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 8+ years of structural engineering design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Preferred: Structural Engineer (S.E.) license.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Preferred: Experience with Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA, or similar structural design software.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, including AISC, ACI, and IBC.
