Structural Senior Project Manager (PE)

Tasks

• Lead structural engineering design projects from inception through construction
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for assigned projects
• Oversee construction documents, structural design, and QA/QC
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
• Build client relationships and support business development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong knowledge of AISC, ACI, and IBC codes and standards
• Experience with structural design tools such as Revit, RAM Structural System, or RISA
• Structural Engineer (SE) license (preferred)
• Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (preferred)
• Experience as Engineer of Record on complex projects (preferred)
• Experience with client development and fee proposals (preferred)
