Job description
About the role
At Groups Recover Together, we take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to addiction treatment, combining medication-assisted treatment, group therapy, peer support, and harm reduction.
Tasks
- Lead approximately 3–4 group therapy sessions per day, helping individuals navigate their recovery journeys through compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support members in recovery and document their progress.
Requirements
- Clinicians with an active qualifying Florida credential (LMHC, LCSW, CAP, or MCAP) and experience in substance use treatment and group therapy.
Schedule
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
- Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 1 day remote)
