Tasks
- Lead field operations from mobilization through closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, drive the schedule, and enforce site safety.
- Coordinate with project management and maintain daily logs, RFIs, and field documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
- Ground-up commercial experience and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills.
- Preferred: Light industrial experience, OSHA 30 certification, and Michigan market familiarity.
