About the role
Mondi Group is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize paper supply chain operations. The role connects European paper mills with B2B converting partners across the USA, coordinating international product flow and domestic distribution.

Responsibilities
- Oversee international transport of paper products from European mills to US ports and final delivery to US converters.
- Coordinate inland freight, warehousing and final-mile distribution in the USA to meet converter production schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to help prevent supply chain disruptions or production delays.
- Manage sales orders from receipt and entry through final delivery confirmation and billing.
- Ensure international shipping documents, customs filings and regulatory paperwork comply with US import laws.
- Manage the communication and administration needed for international product flow and domestic distribution.
