Job description
WE ARE HIRING SYSTEM COORDINATOR
Location: KUWAIT
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, devices, and printers.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with central IT, vendors, and business users.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ relevant IT support experience.
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware, end-user devices, network and label printers.
- Knowledge of incident management, service request management, and change management processes.
Note: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
