Responsibilities
- Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
- Support day-to-day IT system operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
- Support escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
- Configure and manage Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems; install and load operating system software.
- Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Monitor daily operations of applications and infrastructure.
- Perform system maintenance tasks, including patches and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application technical issues.
- Assist with user account management and security administration.
- Support system backups and recovery procedures.
- Help maintain system documentation and operational processes.
