We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available application environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, deployment automation, and cloud-native infrastructure.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for microservices and monolithic applications.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with blue-green, canary, and rolling deployment strategies.
Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
Manage production Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, RBAC, networking, and storage.
Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kustomize manifests, and Kubernetes custom resource definitions (CRDs).
Optimize Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, and container image security.
Configure ingress controllers, service meshes, network policies, persistent volumes, and stateful workloads.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, resolve production incidents, and participate in post-incident reviews.
✅ Required Skills
4+ years in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in a heavily containerized environment.
Strong hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
Helm and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
AWS, GCP, or Azure, including managed Kubernetes services.
Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
Linux administration, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
CKA, CKAD, or CKS certification.
Service mesh experience with Istio or Linkerd.
Container vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement using OPA
