Job description
Tasks
- Support critical production applications and ensure availability and performance.
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL practices.
- Drive root cause analysis, incident resolution, and preventive actions.
- Troubleshoot complex application, server, SQL, and infrastructure issues.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with development, business, and US/offshore support teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in application support.
Requirements
- W2 Only
- No C2C / H1B
- SQL, AutoSys, OpenShift / Kubernetes, Linux and Shell Scripting, AI Adoption / AI-driven Automation
- An experienced production/application support professional with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, an AI-oriented mindset, and flexibility to support occasional after-hours activities and on-call rotations.
