Tasks

• Source candidates through job boards, social media and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Make outbound calls to fill client orders quickly
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation and start dates
• Build a pipeline of ready to work candidates
• Communicate with clients about their staffing needs
• Keep candidate records up to date

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• High-volume recruitment experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Mon- Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay

• Base salary + commission
