Join our HR team and be the bridge between great talent and great opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Reaching out to candidates and conducting initial communication
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with stakeholders
• Managing candidate database and maintaining recruitment records
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
