HS&BR is a growing human resource and workforce solutions company with operations in three countries and over 300 staff members internationally.

We provide qualified professionals and workforce solutions to local and international clients.

Tasks

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and headhunting to screening, assessment coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain a professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach when interacting with candidates, clients, colleagues, and management.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment/head hunting strategies.
• Leverage social media platforms, online job boards, professional networks, and digital advertising to maximize candidate reach.
• Handle questions, concerns, and recruitment-related issues with professionalism, patience, and sound judgment and provide candidates with accurate information about vacancies, recruitment stages, requirements, and expectations.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide transparent updates to management and clients. Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment procedures, confidentiality requirements, and data protection obligations.
