Job description
Talent Manager, REACH Talent – Los Angeles, California
REACH Talent is seeking entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Talent Managers to grow and manage a fast-scaling roster of digital creators, entertainers, and emerging media brands.
As a Talent Manager at REACH, you will collaborate directly with creators to expand their businesses through brand partnerships, content strategy, platform growth, monetization, merchandising, podcasts, speaking engagements, live events, and broader creator economy ventures.
This role demands proactive operators who identify opportunities, build trust with talent, create deal flow, negotiate partnerships, and help creators envision and build long-term careers. Unlike traditional management roles, this position is not about waiting for inbound deals.
REACH Talent is part of the larger REACH ecosystem, including REACH Marketing, REACH Nationals, REACH Ventures, REACH Live, and REACH Studios. This provides managers access to extensive infrastructure such as brand relationships, campaign deal flow, Gen Z marketing capabilities, a creator community, venture opportunities, and internal systems designed to maximize time spent growing talent.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of digital creators and talent across brand partnerships, content strategy, monetization, merchandising, and live events
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase creators’ platform growth and revenue streams
- Identify and negotiate brand deals and partnership opportunities proactively
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators and brands
- Collaborate within the REACH ecosystem to leverage resources and maximize creator success
- Support creators in long-term career planning and business development
Ideal Candidate
- Ambitious, highly organized, and commercially savvy
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, including monetization models and brand evaluation criteria
- Excellent communication skills with both creators and brands
- Proactive mindset with the ability to generate deal flow and build meaningful business relationships
- Desire for ownership, growth, and collaboration within a dynamic team environment
Job Type: Commission-based
Location: Remote eligible, based in Los Angeles, California, United States
