About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing global technology company to hire a Tax & Compliance Product Manager based in Mexico.
This is a high-impact role where you will lead the localization and implementation of tax & compliance products, collaborate with government authorities, and help build compliant business operations for international e-commerce expansion.
If you have strong knowledge of the Mexican tax system, e-commerce compliance, and enjoy building products and processes from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoLead the end-to-end implementation of localized tax and compliance products/services (e.g. company incorporation and related compliance solutions).Manage Mexican tax registration and filing processes, with hands-on experience supporting seller registrations on major e-commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.Build and maintain strong relationships with local tax and regulatory authorities, while staying up to date with regulatory and policy changes.Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal processes and operational solutions.Handle compliance reviews, regulatory inspections, and urgent compliance-related issues when required.Work closely with cross-functional global teams to support business expansion in Mexico.
What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Mexican tax, accounting, compliance, or tax-related product management.Solid understanding of Mexican tax regulations, tax filing procedures, and company registration processes.Practical experience supporting e-commerce sellers or cross-border businesses in Mexico.Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures.Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.Willingness to travel as business requires.
