Tax Manager (AI sector)

This is a newly created Tax Manager role at a AI company here in NYC that is looking for their 1st tax hire.
This Tech company has recently gained attention for a significant move in other spaces and diversifying their revenue stream. For instance, they secured a major deal with a gaming company to provide high-performance computing servers.
This Tax Manager role reports to the Head of Tax who is fantastic! He’s a good guy who is exceptionally sharp and an excellent leader.
The Head of Tax is looking for a corporate tax candidate with compliance, provision and ideally some international tax experience. This is a massive growth opportunity, and you'll have a ton of exposure across the board as you'll be responsible for everything related to tax, which will also includes research, and strategy.
They are only 2 days in office! Also, compensation includes not only a cash bonus but also equity.
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage foreign tax compliance, research and planning with external advisorsPrepare and review tax accruals, budgets and forecastsReview analysis and reconciliations of general ledger accountsManage taxing authority and internal/external financial audits
Requirements:5+ Years of Corporate Tax (1120) and Tax Provision (ASC 740) experience
Compensation:$150k/200k base + 20% target cash bonus + RSUs
Days in Office:Only 2 days per week
