Job description
About the role
Drive the development of innovative digital products and scalable technology solutions in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and technical leadership.
- Strong background in Technical Delivery, Technical Leadership, and Solution Architecture.
- Full-stack technologies: .NET, Node.js, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage end-to-end delivery.
- Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, including policy administration, claims, billing, or underwriting workflows.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, large-scale digital transformation, financial services, or Agile at scale.
