Technical Delivery Manager

Tasks

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise implementations.
• Lead project planning, estimation, resource coordination, and delivery execution.
• Manage client stakeholders, executive steering committees, and project status reviews.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Establish and maintain Definition of Done standards across development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design and system integrations.
• Track project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality.
• Drive the adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Project Planning and Estimation.
• Experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in BFSI, telecommunications, or other enterprise industries is preferred.
