We’re Hiring: Technical Delivery Manager 🚨📍 Location: Seattle, WA – Onsite💼 Experience: 10+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead strategic enterprise initiatives across AI Governance, Responsible AI, Cybersecurity, Data Security, Agentic AI, and Forward Deployed Engineering.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end delivery from strategy and architecture through deployment, adoption, and value realization• Drive AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Governance, AI Risk Management, and AI Ethics initiatives• Lead development and deployment of Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and AI-enabled operating models• Translate complex business challenges into scalable engineering solutions and implementation roadmaps• Drive production-ready MVPs and enterprise-scale solutions• Establish delivery KPIs, ROI frameworks, operational scorecards, and value realization mechanisms• Partner with architects and engineering teams on architecture, APIs, security assessments, and solution designs• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams• Lead executive reporting, client workshops, stakeholder reviews, and leadership briefings🔹 Required Qualifications:• 10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience• 8+ years leading complex transformational technology programs• 5+ years in AI, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, or Cloud Transformation• Strong understanding of AI architecture, cloud platforms, security controls, enterprise integrations, and scalable solutions• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation, AI Observability, and AI Safety• Experience with Human-in-the-Loop systems, autonomous workflows, and AI governance frameworks• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments⭐ Preferred:• Telecom industry experience• Experience with Forward Deployed Engi
