Job description
Tasks
- Lead defined technical validation workstreams
- Build, configure, test amp; troubleshoot complex lab environments
- Execute validation plans and capture technical evidence
- Identify integration gaps and document repeatable outcomes
- Work with Product Managers, TMEs, Architects amp; Field Teams
- Translate technical findings into field-ready documentation and proof assets
- Support lab validation, interoperability amp; performance testing
- Mentor junior TMEs and partner resources
Requirements
- 7+ Years
- GC amp; USC ONLY
- Bachelors in Engineering, CS, IT or equivalent experience
- 7+ years hands-on networking, security, cloud, collaboration or data center experience
- Strong depth in at least one technical domain
- Strong networking foundation: Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, Segmentation amp; Observability
- Experience with technical validation, troubleshooting amp; documentation
- Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: AI infrastructure, GPU networking, high-performance fabrics, hybrid cloud, zero trust, firewall/VPN, cloud connectivity, collaboration platforms, resilience, interoperability and performance testing.
