Technical Product Owner – Agentic AI & Identity

Tasks

• Define product vision, roadmap, MVP scope, and business outcomes for Agentic AI.
• Own product backlog, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Drive requirements for autonomous AI agents, On-Behalf-Of patterns, multi-agent interactions, and orchestration.
• Define AI agent lifecycle management, including onboarding, activation, monitoring, disablement, and retirement.
• Partner with IAM and cybersecurity teams on workload identities, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust.
• Work with AI Engineering, Architecture, Governance, Risk, and Platform teams.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, milestones, and executive stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology product ownership.
• Strong experience as a Product Owner / Technical Product Owner.
• Practical understanding of Agentic AI, AI agents, orchestration, and multi-agent interactions.
• Knowledge of IAM, workload identities, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust.
• Microsoft Entra ID and policy-based access controls.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and Jira experience.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, telemetry, identity flows, and distributed systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
