Technical Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project/program management experience.
• Mandatory retail industry experience, preferably hands-on Retail ERP implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Strong expertise in program planning, governance, budget, schedule, risk, and dependency management.
• Experience managing system integrators, vendors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Understanding of ERP integrations, data conversion, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Exposure to PLM solutions, especially Lectra Kubix, is a plus.
