Namratha is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer (Programming & DSA) in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. This role focuses on helping undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students connect computer science theory with industry-ready programming and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and update industry-aligned curricula for Java, Python, and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
Deliver live coding sessions, workshops, and webinars for engineering students.
Mentor learners in advanced problem-solving, competitive programming, and real-world coding challenges.
Teach dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, trees, graphs, and space-time complexity optimization.
Develop coding assignments, organize hackathons, assess student progress, and conduct mock interviews.
Create technical manuals, interactive presentations, and practical lab exercises.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (M.E. or M.Tech) or bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related field.
Strong command of Java and Python.
Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, and advanced graph algorithms.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse learners.
Experience with competitive programming platforms such as LeetCode or HackerRank is an advantage.
