Namratha is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Trainer with a strong academic background in Computer Engineering to lead technical education initiatives. This full-time role is based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, and focuses on mentoring engineering students in advanced programming and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and maintain industry-aligned curricula covering Java, Python, and DSA.
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging live coding sessions, workshops, and webinars for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide students through advanced problem-solving, competitive programming techniques, and real-world coding challenges.
- DSA Specialization: Explain complex topics such as dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, trees, graphs, and optimize space-time complexity.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create coding assignments, organize hackathons, and evaluate student performance with assessments and mock interviews.
- Resource Management: Develop high-quality training materials including manuals, presentations, and hands-on labs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree (M.E. or M.Tech) or Bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java and Python programming; deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms including arrays, linked lists, and advanced graph algorithms.
- Competitive Programming: Familiarity with platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse student audiences.
Compensation: ₹900,000 per year.
