This role focuses on preparing students for placements and enhancing their academic growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive training sessions on English Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills. Coach students on Resume Building, Group Discussions, and HR Interview Techniques. Enhance students' confidence, articulation, and presentation skills. Utilize activities, role-plays, and mock interviews to engage students effectively. Maintain detailed training reports, attendance records, and feedback documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve training objectives and deadlines. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Ph.D. in English or BA & MA English (NET/SET qualified candidates preferred). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Language: Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
