Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging sessions on English Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Train students on Resume Building, Group Discussions, and HR Interview Techniques.
- Boost students' confidence, articulation, and presentation skills.
- Utilize activities, role-plays, and mock interviews to ensure active learning and engagement.
- Maintain accurate training reports, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve training objectives and deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in English or BA & MA English (NET/SET qualified candidates preferred).
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Language: Proficiency in English required; multilingual skills are a plus.
