Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training in English communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Coach students on resume building, group discussions, and HR interview techniques.
- Build students’ confidence, articulation, and presentation abilities.
- Use activities, role-plays, and mock sessions to encourage participation.
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet program goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in English, or a BA and MA in English with NET or SET qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- English proficiency required; multilingual ability is a plus.
