The main responsibility is to make invitation calls to couples and families for our upcoming travel events organized by the company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to engage customers positively over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound invitation calls to couples and families. Clearly explain the event details organized by Infinity Travel Club. Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful tone throughout the call. Update customer responses and maintain call records accurately. Follow calling scripts and guidelines set by the company. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event participation. Requirements: Any qualification (12th pass/graduate). Good communication skills in English or regional languages. Pleasant speaking voice and confident telephone manners. Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Prior telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
