Key Responsibilities: Make outbound invitation calls to couples and families. Clearly explain event details organized by Infinity Travel Club. Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful tone throughout calls. Accurately update customer responses and maintain call records. Follow calling scripts and company guidelines. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event participation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Good communication skills in English or regional languages. Pleasant speaking voice and confident telephone manners. Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Prior telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
