Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data efficiently.
• Engage with participants professionally and support high-quality information gathering.
• Compile and analyze survey data and prepare reports for project teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective survey methods.
• Recommend improvements to survey processes and fieldwork practices.
• Maintain organized records of completed surveys and collected data.
• Help train new team members in fieldwork best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to participant engagement.
• Fieldwork or data collection experience preferred.
• Comfort using basic survey tools and technology.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• One to two years of related experience is an advantage.
