Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys to collect data accurately and efficiently. Engage with participants in a professional manner to ensure high-quality information gathering. Compile and analyze gathered data to create reports that inform project outcomes. Collaborate with team members to develop effective survey methodologies. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve survey processes. Maintain organized records of surveys conducted and data collected. Assist in training new team members on best practices for fieldwork. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with participants. Experience in data collection and fieldwork preferred. Proficiency in using basic survey tools and technology. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years) is an advantage.
