• Follow up on leads and sustain a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet call targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement effective calling strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer software and CRM tools.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous.
