Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products and services. Respond to customer inquiries with clear and accurate information about product features and benefits. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up on leads and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients. Meet daily and monthly call targets to support team sales objectives. Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvements. Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective calling strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous. Multilingual abilities are preferred.
