Akshabi Homes is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this customer-facing role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, explain products and services, follow up with leads, and support the company’s customer engagement and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about product features and benefits.
• Record calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
• Meet call targets and contribute to team sales goals.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
• Work with colleagues to develop and improve calling strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using basic computer software and CRM tools.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.

Compensation and Work Environment
