Key Responsibilities

• Call potential clients to promote the company’s products and services.
• Keep customer database records accurate and up to date.
• Answer customer inquiries and explain products and services clearly.
• Work toward sales targets by converting leads through persuasive, helpful communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team to strengthen sales strategies and processes.
• Collect customer feedback to support service improvements and satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit call reports to the Sales Manager.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Team and Reporting

The Telecaller reports to the Sales Manager and works with the sales department, with opportunities to collaborate with marketing and customer support teams.
