Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit detailed call reports to management for performance evaluation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven sales skills with a strong customer service orientation. Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with a dedicated sales team.
