Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product and service information. Convert leads into customers by achieving sales targets through persuasive communication. Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and processes. Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and satisfaction. Prepare and submit detailed call reports to management for performance review. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven sales ability combined with a customer-focused approach. Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure top-notch customer service and sales performance.
