Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve performance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong persuasive communication and information delivery skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar telecalling role preferred.
