Sales Executive / Telecaller in Mapusa, Goa

Ayush is hiring a full-time Sales Executive / Telecaller in Mapusa, Goa, India. In this on-site role, you will connect with prospective customers, support existing clients, and help grow the company’s customer base through effective sales and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, understand their needs, and present relevant products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and participate in meetings to improve sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to sell, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
• Disciplined, target-focused approach to work.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation and Work Environment
