Telecaller Job in Belapur, Maharashtra

Xyz is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Belapur, Maharashtra, India. In this customer-facing sales role, you will contact prospective and existing customers, explain products and services, and help improve customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Explain service information clearly and respond to customer questions.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Work toward daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and consistent follow-up.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and help convert them into sales.
• Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to improve outreach strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• At least a 10th-grade education.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software or customer service tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• One to two years of telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
