Telecaller

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Belapur, Maharashtra, India. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and providing exceptional customer service. As a Telecaller, you will engage with potential customers and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Effectively communicate information about services and resolve customer queries. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall outreach efforts. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives and convert them into sales. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education requirement: 10th Pass. Strong communication and active listening skills. Experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred. Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles (1-2 years) is preferred. The Telecaller position requires working closely with a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment on company goals and strategies. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and be engaged in regular team meetings to discuss progress and tactics.
