Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and personable Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. As a Telecaller, you will play an essential role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating sales processes. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services and products. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant details. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential customers. Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and close sales. Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance overall team performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a telecalling or similar role is an advantage.
