PK INSURANCE AND FINANCE SERVICE is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role is suited to a motivated communicator with 0–1 years of experience or an interest in customer service and sales. The monthly pay is 22000.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products and services.
• Answer inbound customer calls, respond to questions, and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Record customer interactions accurately and update relevant information in the CRM system.
• Work with the sales team to support monthly sales targets.
• Research markets to identify potential customers and new leads.
• Follow up with leads by phone and email to build relationships and support sales.
• Share customer insights and ideas for improving team performance in meetings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred; 0–1 years of telecalling or related experience is an advantage.
• Teamwork, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Tamil language skills are preferred.
