Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads and increase sales conversions. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new growth opportunities and optimize outreach strategies. Follow up consistently with prospects to secure appointments and deliver comprehensive information about our products and services. Monitor industry trends and competitor offers to effectively communicate promotions and value propositions to customers. Meet and exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets as established by management. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education level of 12th Pass (high school diploma or equivalent). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset. Basic familiarity with CRM software and data entry. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles. Additional language skills beyond English and Hindi are a plus.
