Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers via phone to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM database.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with team members to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Provide customer feedback to improve services and processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints gracefully.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
