Aarti gour is hiring a full-time Financial Services Telecaller in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this customer-focused role, you will promote financial products and services, answer customer questions, and support lead generation and sales campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce financial products and services.
• Explain financial solutions accurately and respond to customer questions.
• Record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date database entries.
• Identify prospective customers through cold calling and support lead generation.
• Share customer feedback to help improve services and product offerings.
• Work with the sales team on campaigns and contribute to sales targets.
• Attend training to build product knowledge and telecalling skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education in finance or business is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, customer-friendly approach.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
