Tele Caller Executive – Hanumāngarh, Rajasthan

Keshav Financial Services is hiring a full-time Tele Caller Executive in Hanumāngarh, Rajasthan, India. In this on-site role, you will connect with prospective customers, support sales initiatives, and provide responsive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Present and promote products and services using effective sales techniques.
• Manage call schedules and priorities to meet assigned call quotas.
• Record customer interactions and keep database information up to date.
• Work with colleagues to develop strategies that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to build rapport and apply sales techniques in customer conversations.
• Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• CRM software familiarity is an advantage.

Team and Compensation

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with other departments in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hanumāngarh, Rajasthan, with annual pay of 120000.
