Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company’s services and offerings.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant, tailored information.
• Record calls and customer interactions accurately in the company database.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects through the conversion process.
• Answer customer questions and provide timely resolutions.
• Work with sales and marketing teams, applying feedback to improve communication and outreach.
• Monitor personal performance metrics and regularly report progress to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using the telephone and basic computer applications.
• One to two years of customer service or tele-sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
