What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; B.Com qualifications preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. Proficiency in CRM software, including Mirecal Software, to manage sales pipelines efficiently. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment. Open to both male and female candidates. Preferred: Experience working in dynamic sales environments with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with local market dynamics in Rājkot and broader Gujarat region. Additional certifications or training in sales methodologies or customer relationship management.
