Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and address customer needs.
- Research the market to identify industry trends and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to support profitable growth.
- Partner with the marketing team on targeted sales campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and report progress and goals to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams on sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business or a related field.
- Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, time management, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Industry-standard certifications are a plus but are not required.
