Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities via networking and cold calling.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to meet their evolving needs.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover new trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts effectively and close deals to maximize company profits.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design targeted sales campaigns.
• Monitor sales metrics and report progress and goals to management regularly.

This position involves active participation in strategic projects aimed at business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer support to ensure a comprehensive sales approach. Success will be measured by achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience or related field expertise.
• Excellent negotiation, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Industry certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation: ₹18,000 per month.
