Requirements

13+ years overall experience
5+ years as a Business Analyst (BA) or Quality Engineer (QE) in Telecom/Cable – must have BA/QE background
Cable Ordering – OMS & Product Catalog
Billing – BSS, recurring & usage-based billing, credits/adjustments
Activation & Provisioning – OMS ↔ Network Provisioning handshakes
Lead-to-Cash lifecycle expertise
Analytical Skills – Visio/Lucidchart, Jira/Azure DevOps, SQL
QE Background – API testing (Postman/SoapUI), provisioning logs
Preferred: Amdocs, Netcracker, Salesforce/Vlocity | Cloud-native telecom | CSPO/CSM/ISTQB
Local candidates preferred
Visa: All OK except CPT/OPT
