About the role
Staffluence is hiring a telemarketer. Employment is under agency. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Promote products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records.
- Follow up with customers.
- Meet assigned targets.
Requirements
- College graduate, any course.
- Customer service experience; 6 months preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers.
