Tender Officer

We are looking for an experienced Tender Officer to support our tendering and proposal activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing compliant bids, coordinating internal stakeholders, managing submission deadlines, and ensuring high-quality tender documentation.

🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
✅ 4–5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, procurement, or commercial roles
✅ Experience with public and/or private sector procurement processes and e-procurement systems is preferred
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication and proposal-writing skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
✅ Commercial awareness and basic financial literacy for pricing and margin analysis
✅ Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✅ Experience with e-tendering platforms and CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

🔹 Prepare, manage, and submit competitive and compliant bids and tenders
🔹 Lead tender preparation and collect technical, commercial, legal, and financial inputs
🔹 Draft and compile proposals while ensuring consistency and compliance with client requirements
🔹 Coordinate internal reviews, quality checks, clarifications, and approvals within submission timelines
🔹 Ensure electronic and hard-copy submissions meet client and regulatory requirements
🔹 Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operations, and subject-matter experts
🔹 Maintain strict confidentiality of pricing and commercially sensitive information
