Job description
Tasks
- Develop and bring up test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on Bench and ATE platforms (Verigy 93K – SmarTest 7/8).
- Partner directly with design, product, quality, and foundry engineering teams from first silicon debug through volume production release.
- Debug digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG/Functional/Mbist) and characterize devices across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature).
- Characterize RF, PMIC, and Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.) using lab bench instrumentation.
- Drive yield improvement and test time reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- 2–7 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Verigy 93k ATE Advantest V93k SMT8.
- Solid working knowledge of analog and digital electronics with a strong lab mindset.
