Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Management
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale testing programs
• Strong Wealth Management / Asset Management / Investment Management / Brokerage experience
• Experience establishing Testing Centers of Excellence (TCoE) or enterprise Quality Engineering practices
• End-to-end testing, SIT, UAT, and release validation leadership
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders
• Experience managing distributed testing teams and vendor partners
• AI-powered test automation and Generative AI for testing
• Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or equivalent
• API testing: Postman / Rest Assured
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Test management: Jira, Xray, Zephyr, ALM
• SQL, data validation, and reconciliation
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Performance, integration, security, and compliance testing
• Advisory and wealth management platforms
• Investment products, portfolios, and managed accounts
• Trading and investment operations
• Financial planning and client servicing
• Regulatory and compliance controls
• Performance reporting and investment analytics
