Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing engineering tools and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tool requirements and enhancement opportunities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tools and processes. Implement and test new tools and features to improve operational efficiency. Assist in integrating tools with existing systems and project management solutions. Provide training and support to team members on effective tool usage. Monitor success metrics to evaluate tool performance and user satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Familiarity with software development and engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of engineering tools such as CAD and project management software is a plus. 2-5 years of experience working with tools and software in engineering environments preferred.
