Job description
microne industries is hiring a full-time Tools Engineer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will improve engineering tools and workflows to help teams work more efficiently and productively. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineering tools and workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify tool requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for tools and processes.
- Implement and test tools and features that improve operational efficiency.
- Support integration of tools with existing systems and project management solutions.
- Train and support team members in effective tool use.
- Track performance metrics and user feedback to evaluate tool success.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development and engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CAD or project management software is a plus.
- Two to five years of experience with tools and software used in engineering environments is preferred.

Salary: 3500000 per year.
