Exodus packages is seeking a dedicated Tour Operator Assistant to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. This full-time role is key to supporting our tour operations and delivering exceptional travel experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily tour operations and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining clear communication before, during, and after tours.
• Support the booking process and manage detailed itineraries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with tour guides to ensure smooth departures and adherence to schedules.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback post-tour to help improve our services.
• Maintain organized records of tours, sales, and customer interactions for operational efficiency.
• Perform various administrative duties to support the Tour Operator team effectively.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with booking software or travel-related tools is an advantage.
• A passion for travel and commitment to creating memorable client experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
