Tower Foreman

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications tower industry (REQUIRED)
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
• Strong experience with tower climbing, rigging, antenna installations, modifications, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, and installation specifications
• Experience with carrier equipment installations, troubleshooting, and testing
• Knowledge of RF safety, fall protection, rescue procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity
• Experience completing JSAs/JHAs, daily reports, and project closeout documentation
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
• Must reside within commuting distance of the Baltimore–Washington area

Schedule

• Full-time W-2 employment
• Local-based employment - no rotational schedule
