Trainer and Team Leader

Key Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' skills in sales and customer engagement. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to improve performance and morale. Develop and implement team-building activities to promote collaboration and synergy. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in objectives and goals. Engage with the community to represent the company and build positive relationships. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members on their progress. Lead by example, demonstrating motivation and enthusiasm in all activities. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven leadership experience in a team setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in sales and team building. Passion for community engagement and collaboration. Ability to motivate and inspire others. Prior experience in a training role is a plus.
