Maintain attention to detail while processing bookings and managing invoices. Stay updated on travel trends and regulations to offer the best recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve client experiences. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail in handling travel bookings and client preferences. Previous experience in customer service or travel advisory roles is a plus. Familiarity with travel software and booking tools is preferred.
