Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel documents and visa applications.
• Prepare and review travel and visa documents.
• Provide accurate information on visa and travel requirements and travel regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, embassies, and clients.
• Maintain records and follow up on application status.

Requirements

• Experience in management, secretarial work, or a travel agency.
• Knowledge of visa processing and travel requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of booking systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Marketing background, secretarial background, or travel and tours experience is an additional plus.
