Treasurers Deputy

Callahan County Treasurer’s Office as a Part-Time County Treasurer’s Deputy.
Position Details:
• 20 hours per week
• Non-exempt position
• High school diploma/GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Must be bondable

Primary duties include: accounts payable and payment processing, assisting with audits, monitoring email, ordering office supplies, document scanning, and general office support.
